I am David, 43yrs old and I live in the coastal town of Paignton in England.

I first got into photography in 2015 when I purchased a second hand DSLR camera from eBay.

For the first couple of years I had no idea of how to use the camera I had purchased, but that all changed when a chance encounter with another photographer ignited my passion. He spent precious time showing me how to use my camera and from that point on I was hooked!

I am forever grateful for that encounter and we have become good friends.

In the early days I photographed trains and landscapes, however my tastes have expanded and I now enjoy the challenge of woodland, seascapes and astrophotography as well.
